Wednesdays on ‪@abciview‬. ___________________________________________ It's burning. Be careful of the oil. We like it a bit more...whoops…soupy. Whoops. Oh You can actually cook some papadums in the oven which is... I mean, not oven, microwave. Just chuck 'em in the oven. Oh, I'm sorry. Oh, my God. What is wrong with me? Welcome to, Gourmet Lazy. The show about foods we love made by our parents when they were feeling lazy. My name's Urvi. My name is Sruti. And today we're making... Khichuri. Khichuri is a dish with lentils. And lentils, and rice, and with vegetables. It reminds me of probably cold winter nights. That's kind of like a hearty meal. It is from East India. We are from Kolkata. It is a delicious dish. I'm sort of learning today how to make it. But my mum, when did you learn?
