Its purpose is to provide young Africans with a thorough knowledge and understanding of the processes of modern "socio-economic" organisation at both national and international levels. It is intended to foster closer boas of brotherhood between the young people of Africa, and the Command will organise voluntary work camps during holidays in rural areas.
