I am going through a rough patch but the ED is no longer part of it. 🔴 SUBSCRIBE: / @hannearts → To support my journey and my channel, find me on PATREON (& check out all of the exclusive content there): / hannearts 🍌 BANANA AMARETTO LOAF RECIPE: INGREDIENTS: 250 mL oat milk 2 tablespoons chia seeds 180 g chickpea flour (gram flour) 40 g ground flaxseeds 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 Tbs apple cider vinegar 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 large ripe bananas, peeled and mashed 100 mL amaretto/disaronno Pecans and chocolate/chocolate chips INSTRUCTIONS: In a small cup or glass, stir together the milk and chia seeds, and let this stand for 20 minutes until it has gelled up. Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease a small baking dish (and/or line with parchment paper). In a bowl, combine the chickpea flour, flax, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In a larger bowl, mash the banana and combine with the amaretto, apple cider vinegar and the chia-milk mixture until well-combined. Gradually, add in the dry ingredients to the wet, whisking to prevent lumps. Also add some chopped up pecans and as many chocolate chips as you like. Spread the batter into the baking dish and bake in the preheated over for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean(ish).
