Ghislaine Maxwell, the convicted associate of sex offender Jeffrey Epstein has refused to answer questions at a Congressional hearing in the US. Her lawyer has stated that his client is "prepared to speak fully and honestly if granted clemency by President Trump". Maxwell appeared virtually from the Texas prison where she is serving a 20-year sentence for sex trafficking. Jess Michaels was abused by Jeffrey Epstein in the early 90s and came forward after he died in 2019. She reported she had been abused by him but says she was not listened to. She also credits Virginia Giuffre for 'saving her life' after seeing her bravery in going public. She joins Susanna and Ed from Washington D.C.
