Willie, Sarah and their dogs, Jack Spaniels & Nori, continue their biggest adventure yet - leaving suburban life and moving over the sea to a remote cottage on the Isle of Skye, off the west coast of the Scottish Highlands. This week, the Skye Lifers are getting in the festive mood - decorating their cosy cottage for Christmas, cooking up some controversial Christmas dinner accompaniments and doing some last minute shopping around the island. Yorkshire Pudding Recipe: For six yorkies - two eggs and then equal measures of plain flour and milk. Sieve the flour and mix everything together with a pinch of salt. Heat 5-6mm of oil/fat in the bottom of each muffin tin in the oven (180 degrees c) and once it is smoking hot, pour in the batter in equal parts. Back in the oven for 25 minutes (don’t open the door before the time is up or they won’t rise as well!)
