Baba Noor Muhammad Sandhu left his village Khati near Phagwara at the time of India Pakistan partition when he was about 9 years old. Khatti is a village near Khurampur, Tehsil Phagwara, Kapurthala district, in Punjab, India. Khatti is famous for the Mandir of Lord Parashurama and as such, there is a movement to declare Khatti a heritage village. The Jayanti of Lord Parashurama is celebrated at the Mandir every year and is a big attraction. Through YouTube and personal dedication, Desi Infotainer is preserving the stories of those who experienced the violence of Partition and helping families to reconnect.
