In the first part covering this computer, you'll see how this laptop works when running on battery power. This part mainly focuses on the passive matrix LCD display, as you'll see me teasing its terrible refresh rate a lot. I'll also show off the "suspend to disk" feature, where hibernation used to be handled by the BIOS. I'm guessing this laptop was made somewhere in 1998. It's not the most compact laptop of its time, but it's packed with everything you'd want in it. It carries both a floppy drive and a CD-ROM drive. It also has two PCMCIA slots and two USB ports, as well as a trackpad mouse.
