Can Christians be angry? Yes. Should we? Sometimes. The real question isn't whether anger shows up, it's what we do when it does. In this episode, we're talking about the emotion many of us are afraid to feel. Anger often feels dangerous or out of control, so we tuck it away, soften it, rename it anything but anger. Yet Scripture refuses to let us pretend it doesn't exist. Ephesians 4:26 says "Be angry and do not sin" telling us that anger itself is not automatically sinful. We'll look at how Jesus expressed righteous anger, examine what happens when anger goes unprocessed (bitterness, explosive reactions, hardened hearts), and discover how to steward anger well. You'll learn to name it clearly, ask what it reveals about your values, bring it to God first, and address it righteously rather than reactively. Because anger unprocessed becomes a weight. And stewarded well, anger can fuel justice, set boundaries, and protect what matters.
