CLEARWATER – On February 5, 2025, detectives assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit (CAC) arrested a Clearwater man for Possession of Child Imagery (CP) and "Adult" Activity Involving Animals. Detectives began their investigation after receiving information that child imagery (CP) was being accessed and shared via the internet. Through various investigative techniques, detectives identified the suspect as 66-year-old Anthony Bisio. According to detectives, the images were of children between the ages of 10 and 13 years old. Detectives say Bisio also possessed videos and images of adults engaging in relations with dogs, a horse, and a cow. Detectives interviewed Bisio, who admitted to viewing the images of child imagery and disturbing acts with animals. Bisio turned himself in at the Pinellas County Jail on February 5, 2025.
