Once a Prohibition-era grocery store, it’s now a foodie landmark with stories seeping from its walls… and a dessert menu that blew us away. 🍽️ Here's what we tried: ✅ Bowl o’ Soul Creamy grits topped with pulled pork, collard greens, pimento cheese, and onion rings, with cornbread on the side. A savory Southern classic with all the flavor and soul you could ask for. ✅ Shrimp salad sandwich. Simple, comforting, and packed with Southern flavor. ✅ Georgia Peach Cobbler Hot, gooey, and topped with vanilla ice cream. This is what Southern dessert dreams are made of—and yes, it is the best we’ve ever had ✅ The SECRET DESSERT (You’ll Have to Watch to Find Out!) Let’s just say… it involves something being fried. And it might be the most outrageous thing we’ve ever tasted on the channel. Savannah is known for its cobblestone streets, hauntingly beautiful moss-draped trees, and deep Southern charm. But behind all that historic beauty is a food scene that’s bold, rich, and unapologetically indulgent. The locals will tell you: if you come to Savannah, you have to try the desserts. So we set ourselves a challenge… With only one day to explore the city, could we uncover the most iconic Southern sweets Savannah has to offer? Spoiler alert: We did. And then some.
