Bem-vindos a mais um episódio da nossa viagem pela Turquia! Hoje é o episódio 17, gravado no dia 20 de julho, e foi um dia de contrastes — o autêntico versus o turístico. Começámos o dia em Kayseri, numa cidade cheia de alma local. Fomos a um mercado super autêntico, onde se vendiam produtos tradicionais, sem nada de turismo à volta. Parecia mesmo um mercado antigo, cheio de vida e tradição. Depois de almoço, seguimos para Capadócia, à procura dos famosos balões... mas acabámos desiludidos. Só levantam voo de madrugada e, quando chegámos, já estavam longe demais para se ver. Além disso, a Capadócia pareceu-nos muito mais turística, muito mais comercial. No fundo, foi um dia que mostrou dois lados da Turquia: o lado genuíno de Kayseri e o lado turístico da Capadócia. 🇬🇧 English Welcome back to another episode of our Turkey trip! This is episode 17, filmed on July 20th — a day full of contrast: the authentic vs. the touristic. We started the day in Kayseri, a city full of local life. We visited a super authentic market selling traditional products — no tourists, no fancy shops, just real Turkish culture. It truly felt like stepping back in time. After lunch, we drove to Cappadocia, hoping to see the famous hot air balloons. Unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing — the balloons only fly at dawn, and by the time we arrived, they were too far away to see. Besides that, Cappadocia felt much more commercial and tourist-oriented. In the end, it was a day that revealed two sides of Turkey: the authentic soul of Kayseri versus the touristic vibe of Cappadocia. 🇹🇷 Türkçe Türkiye gezimizin bir başka bölümüne hoş geldiniz! Bugün 17. bölümü yayınlıyoruz — 20 Temmuz’da çekildi ve günümüz tamamen bir karşıtlıktı: gerçek olan ile turistik olan. Güne Kayseri’de başladık. Yerel hayatın hâlâ güçlü bir şekilde hissedildiği çok otantik bir şehir. Gerçekten eski bir çarşıdaymışız gibi hissettik — her şey gelenekseldi, turistik hiçbir şey yoktu. Öğle yemeğinden sonra Kapadokya’ya gittik, ünlü balonları görmek umuduyla… ama biraz hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Balonlar sadece şafakta uçuyor ve vardığımızda çoktan uzakta kalmışlardı. Ayrıca Kapadokya bize çok daha turistik ve ticari geldi.
