During the Second World War, there were many evil guards who worked inside of prison camps and concentration camps. In the Pacific, there were many terrible Japanese guards who inflicted execution, brutality and suffering onto the prisoners of war in their custody. One of the most notorious guards who was hunted at the end of World War 2 was Mutsuhiro Watanabe, who became known as 'The Bird,' for his brutality. He would administer sadistic punishment and beatings at the Omore Prison Camp. This was a site where many prisoners who were considered difficult were sent to. But Watanabe was an evil man, who was known for being a sadist and he would turn on inmates on a daily basis. He was unpredictable and dangerous and treated the American Prisoners of War awfully, and because of this he was at the end of the war hunted. The Bird evaded capture until his arrest warrant expired, and he then told of his evil inside of the prison camps.
