The best part is that I'm using my trusty air fryer for a crispy chicken schnitzel, while I spend those 20 minutes prepping a high-protein salad and a zesty, homemade dressing. First up, here's what's in the salad: ▪️ Packaged breaded chicken (Schnitzel) ▪️My Healthy Rice Blend (check it out here https://onemorefoodie.com/2026/01/28/...) ▪️Homemade Garlic Yoghurt Dressing ▪️Boiled egg (optional) The 20-Minute Workflow: Minute 0-20: Pop your favourite packaged chicken schnitzel in the air fryer. Minute 0-9: Boil an egg (optional, but great for extra protein!). Minute 9-20: Whip up the garlic yoghurt dressing and toss your salad greens and rice blend. Done: Plate it up and enjoy a hot, crunchy, and creamy meal. The Dressing 🧄 This dressing is creamy, tangy, and much healthier than store-bought versions. Use this as a base and adjust it to your taste! ▪️1/4 cup Greek yoghurt (use 2 tbsp if you'd like it less saucy) ▪️1 tbsp Mayonnaise ▪️1-2 cloves Garlic ( I use my homemade Garlic Confit https://onemorefoodie.com/2026/02/02/..., but you can also use fresh minced garlic) ▪️1-2 tbsp Oil (I used the oil from my Garlic Confit but Olive Oil works great too) ▪️1 tsp Dijon Mustard ▪️1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce ▪️1-2 tsp Lemon juice ▪️1/4 cup parmesan cheese ▪️Salt & Pepper to taste Note: Once you’ve got the hang of it, play around with the ratios!
