This is a Tribute to the Lynn Minmei hit “We Will Win” set within and fictionally performed by original characters in the Robotech Role Playing Game world, produced by Palladium Books. The original lyrics remain almost entirely untouched, with an additional verse and outro produced by our own organic imagination. This version is fictionally performed in February 7, 2084 on the 75th anniversary of launching the restored SDF-1 from Macross Island at the beginning of the first Robotech War with the Zentradi. This is not in any sense, shape, or other form to be considered canon. It is not. It is fan-art inspired by the game and anime. The song We Will Win scorched itself into me as a kid under 8yo and to this day it still draws a tear from me. Over the years it’s collected a lot of sentimental meaning. IF this channel ever monetizes earnings from this song should go to the appropriate IP holders. Where We Will Win remains largely a battle anthem to rally the RDF forces and Zentradi allies, We Can Win, (also a battlecry) addresses the attribute that carries us across the finish line time and time again. We Can Win because we have the potential to overcome and adapt. The images of the Palladium Books are photos of my personal copies. Same with the miniature Veritech, (3D printed) and my Jetfire holding my copy of Robotech: Battlecry. The image of the twins and the empty stage are rendered by DALL-E. The audio is rendered with the Suno AI Music app. Side note: it wouldn’t be fair if Ryu was the only member of the Canned Sushi Project to wander around and do solo work.😎 (And we couldn’t get the sound right for the full CSP experience out of Suno. 😅)
