In this video I describe a problem I have been having for almost a whole year. The problem started out while using iOS 10.3. Apple Support said the problems would be fixed in the upcoming update, iOS 11.0. However this was not the case. Apple had me run diagnostics on my phone, my wife's phone and my AppleTV. They think my AppleTV is not performing correctly and is the cause of the problem. I have an iPhone X, my wife has and iPhone 7 Plus and my AppleTV is the 4th generation 32gb. We are headed into iOS 12 with no solution in site. One issue is that there are very few cases of this (only 3 or 4 like it according to Apple), and not much data has been collected.
