I Made An Even Bigger LEGO Car Factory

Continuing on from my previous video, I wanted to expand my LEGO car factory to automatically build three separate cars one after another, as opposed to the single car that it could build at the end of the last video. To do this, I first had to make some major improvements to the design of the factory to make it more reliable. I did this by making the frame of the gantry more rigid so it wouldn't bend or wobble during the assembly process. I also fine-tuned the factory's movement sequence during each attachment operation to better account for the slight differences in the sizes and connection points of each car section that the factory needs to pick up. With the factory working far more consistently and reliably, I then added a pallet-swapping mechanism to the factory, to swap out the empty pallets in the factory to new ones each time the machine finishes assembling a car. Once I got this working correctly, this allowed the factory to successfully assemble all three cars in a row (with a little bit of silliness). To round out the video, I then modified the pallet-swapping mechanism to move between different pallets during the assembly process. This allowed me to customise the designs of the cars by selecting which pallet I wanted the factory to use for each car part. I didn't expect this to be my longest video to date, but here we are.
