The cloudy weather last week was good for selecting seed potatoes. I remove the virus plants using a selection cart. These plants have been in the lot. New plants can be infected because the green peach aphid transmits the virus from the diseased plants. To prevent the latter, I spray with mineral oil once or twice a week. You can also see how the spot sprayer in the seed onions sprays the weeds via cameras and lamps with a contact herbicide on the weeds.
