Made with just 100g butter, this is the perfect small-batch cookie recipe for beginners and home bakers! ✔ Eggless cookie recipe ✔ Thick bakery-style cookies ✔ Small batch baking ✔ Only100gm butter 🍪 INGREDIENTS Butter — 100 g (7 tbsp, soft) Powdered sugar — 100gm powder Vanilla — 1 tsp Maida / All-purpose flour — 180 g 1.5( cup) Corn flour — 2 tsp Baking soda — 1/4 tsp Salt — pinch Chocolate chips — 30 g (3 tbsp) Dark chocolate chunks — 30 g (3 tbs almonds (chopped) — 35g (3 tbsp) Topping: Extra chocolate chips — 30 g 👩🍳 INSTRUCTIONS 1️⃣ Cream butter + both sugars until smooth. 2️⃣ vanilla, mix well. 3️⃣ Sieve dry ingredients, mix into soft thick dough. 4️⃣ Fold in chocolate chips, chunks & almonds. 6️⃣ Add extra chocolate chips on top. 7️⃣ Chill 25–30 minutes. 🔥 Bake: • OTG/Oven: 180°C for 15 min • Air fryer: 170°C for 11–12 min Cool on tray 10 minutes before removing.
