In this video tutorial, you will learn step-by-step how to wire TWO BOOSTER PUMPS with Automatic and Manual Modes of Operation Using Latching/Pulse Relay and Float Switch. ADDITIONAL FEATURES: MANUAL mode: You can choose which booster pump you are going to use for EMERGENCY if your signaling float switch is not working. Additional features: Automatic mode: Two Booster Pump will always have automatic on and off operation. Suppose one of your booster pumps is in trouble. In that case, you can use your second booster pump by selecting AUTO OFF and selecting (1 or 2 ) which water pump you are going to use as an alternative using the automatic function while another booster pump is in service. The signaling float switch detects the level of water in the tank or reservoir tank. It floats on top of the water surface and acts as a mechanical switch as the water level goes up or down. The motor gets automatically switched on when water in the reservoir tank falls below the lower limit. The work of monitoring the float switch is to monitor the water level in the main tank. If the monitoring float switch detects the empty level of the water inside the main tank, then the monitoring float switch sends a signal to the controller to stop the booster pump from working to prevent heating.
