On February 4, 2016 professor Stephen Krashen delivered a lecture in Toronto entitled, "Reading because you want to: The missing link in language education." This event was presented by the National Reading Campaign and sponsored by TD Bank. Stephen Krashen is an Emeritus Professor of Education at the University of Southern California. Krashen is the author of more than 250 articles and books in the fields of bilingual education, neurolinguistics, second language acquisition and literacy.
