Ingredients: 1/2 cup cashews 2 tbsp nutritional yeast 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/2 cup water drizzle of olive oil 1/4 of a carrot small piece of dried chipotle pepper splash of lemon juice chopped tomatoes (optional) jalapeno (optional) cilantro (optional) Directions: 1. Add all the ingredients (minus the tomato, jalapeños, and cilantro) into a blender (high powdered blender), and blend on high until creamy smooth 2. Chop up some fresh tomatoes, thinly slice some jalapeños, and chop some fresh cilantro 3.
