What are MX records? When someone sends a message to [email protected], the sender's computer looks up the MX records for @yourdomain.com to figure out where to deliver that email message. Before your company can use Gmail with your Google Workspace account, you need to change your domain's MX records so they direct your incoming messages to Google's mail servers.  If your company has trouble receiving email, check your DNS records to make sure your domain has the correct Google MX records. The MX records live in same place as your name servers. If you forget you can look it up here https://lookup.icann.org/en For me with Google Domains as my domain registrar and Flywheel for my web hosting service, my name servers are using Google Domains.
