The Morninglord has a long and interesting history, but how is his church run? What do his followers value and what sort of people go to his sermons? This video takes a look at the faith of Lathander and how someone who stumbled into a follower of Lathander would be treated and what sort of activities his church would do. It talks about the rituals and festivals the church holds, what titles are used in the temple and what sort of reasons someone would go to a local chapter. While not every temple of Lathander is welcoming and innocent as the perspective of Orlpar the Dawnmaster here, the church of Lathander is one of the more open and welcoming places in the realm. Last time we discussed churches, we tackled Bane and his doctrine. The intent behind this series is to move away from the Gods and their ploys and look at how their worshipers work. What are their temples involved in? Why would you join? What attitudes and perspectives would a follower of the divine being hold.
