Hepatic Cyst || Ultrasound || Case 194 Clinical Features: A middle-aged male patient came with non-specific abdominal pain. Ultrasound Features: An irregular anechoic cystic structure with posterior acoustic enhancement & internal thin septations was noted in the inferolateral segment (III) of the left hepatic lobe. Color Doppler shows no internal vascularity. Remember: Color Doppler is a useful tool to evaluate hepatic cysts especially when you need to differentiate between cyst & vascular abnormality.
