Here's what looks like another 'enclosure' ruin near Roosevelt Lake, called such because it doesn't seem to have been housing and encloses a big space, usually always on a mountaintop. Like most of them as well I could find no pottery sherds anywhere, so it looks like it wasn't lived in. Most of these kind of ruin outside the Roosevelt Lake area are built with super-thick 'rubble filled' walls, but those in this area are single-walled like this one. Most don't have rooms inside but this has one large rectangular room at the very peak and it looks like three small ones along the side. Also unlike most enclosures elsewhere this has two very clear openings, so it's not super-secure like the others. It's purpose is anyone's guess, apparently. There's a companion ruin on the peak just to its north that is barely discernible, except for some sherds and stray rocks. Looking at the viewshed, nearly all the ruins on the hillsides to the west are hidden by the higher peaks in between. The rest are quite far away. As always please excuse the invountary gimbal jerks on the Mavic Mini I'm using.
