Judging the Many Pickle Dishes of the ICT Picklefest 2022

Troy and Darrin were asked to judge alongside Wichita By E.B., Significantly Spicy, and Fert the Foodie. A bunch of the local food trucks each had a special dish that incorporated pickles and it ended up being a ton of food. The most "pickley" dish in my opinion was the pickle skewer from the Smokin Diner, it had five large pickle “buns” with a different filling in each. There was a hot link pickle, a sub sandwich pickle, a pulled beef pickle, a pulled pork pickle, and my favorite, a ham salad pickle. The winner for best dish ended up being Big B's Beef’s pickled Rueben sandwich and pickle cheese fries, it just tasted so freaking good. This was our FAVORITE dish. Sweet n Sour Chicken n Pickle loaded mac & cheese from Cheezepanzee and the Pickled Polish Pig sandwich from Face Stuffers Food Wagon were also pretty good. The Artichoke Sandwichbar food truck had a Kool-Aid pickle which you can see Troy try in another video. The Shake Truck had a pickle cheesecake shake, also in another video, and Kona Ice Greater Wichita had a pickle slushee.
