I'm Magic Steve!" – Magic Steve (AHKJ S02E06) Tribute to king Julien, the main character of All Hail King Julien, and Magic Steve (Soy Sauce), the underrated body double of KJ. Steve’s (back)story theory: Julien and Steve were brothers – twins, but Steve was abandoned by prince Barty and princess Julienne shortly after birth. Maybe they thought that two sons are too much. They kept only one son, and even that son – Julien abandoned later and then they went on the far island. Therefore Julien was left with his horrible uncle king Julien XII. So, this two had really bad parents and many problems in their lifes because of them. However, Julien’s life was more like fun comedy whereas Steve’s was sad tragedy. Steve wasn’t villain. He was just another misunderstood suffering character, who only wanted appreciation of other lemurs and to be good at his beloved magic. He couldn’t hold his anger anymore, so he was willing to kill king Julien and even Maurice only for gaining admiration of lemurs. In the end he „justly“ died. Hopefully, death released him from all of his suffering and he found peace in Frank-ri La.
