Walking in the Mournes: Slievenaglogh, Slieve Corragh & Slieve Commedagh from Trassey, June 2022

Finally made it back to the Mournes this time hiking with Sarah. The weather promised much but after a good start it really deteriorated and was very challenging. However we managed to hike 15k and did these three peaks are in quite quick time. The video shows we started from the Trassey Road car park, progressed to Hare's Gap, turned left and climbed Slievenaglogh, Slieve Corragh and finally Commedagh. From there we pressed forward to the Saddle with Donard and turned right onto the Brandy Pad. At this stage we were still thinking of doing Lamigan as well, but the weather was not good so we headed for Hare's Gap and home instead. A really fun walk though, in tough conditions, but we've promised to come back soon and do the peaks we missed. Enjoy!! #Mournemountains #Mournes #SlieveCommedagh
