Email: [email protected] instagram.com/ericisfree facebook.com/ericmcnealisfree ------------------------------------------------------------ Over the past few months I have mentioned several times that I would be part of an effort to build a sustainable community. This will be a community developed by #MigratingCulture. The founder, Brandon Rogers, and I will be working together to create Ghana's premiere planned sustainable community. I am now working full time as Migrating Culture's new CEO with Brandon Rogers being the President. Together we have plans to build the continent's largest planned sustainable community which will feature the continent's largest planned organic food forest. If you have expressed interest in buying a home in our new community then I asked that you provide your email so that we could email you directly. We did indeed receive many email addresses and on yesterday on January 6, 2021 we sent out a newsletter to those who provided their email address to us. If you are sure you provided your email address to me, but you did not receive an email from me yesterday then please check your spam folder. If you are interested in buying a home in our new sustainable community and you did not receive an email, then this is your last opportunity to provide your email address before January 11, 2021 comes. I'm sure you're asking, "What happens on January 11, Eric?" Well, on January 11, I'm going to send out an email with directions to access an online presentation sharing all the information regarding our upcoming sustainable community. As I discussed previously, our home prices will gradually increase with the sale of each new home similar to how Megabus works. Therefore, those who view the presentation and respond first will have the best opportunity to potentially purchase a home in our community for up to 50% off the retail price. This means you can potentially buy a $40,000 fully furnished home for $20,000. If Africa is your ancestral homeland then you really should consider purchasing a home in our community even if you have no plans to repatriate to Africa. Just having a home here is a great way to invest in Africa. And we will gladly manage the home and rent it out on AirBNB or other places when you're not staying it it. Anyway, if you're interested in buying a house for half off then please be sure I have your email address before January 11. You can send it to me via Facebook Messenger. I look forward to seeing you in the webinar.
