BRITISH RAILWAYS IN THE 1990's Burton Salmon Junction & Milford Junction on 24th May 1994 Continuing with my archive of video recording between the years of 1986 to 2001 this clip is of a return visit to Burton Salmon and Milford Junction in South Yorkshire on 24/05/1994. Mainly seen were class 56s on MGR workings to and from Ferrybridge PS. Although I did see a few 47 and 58 workings but the highlight at the time was my first sighting of National Power's Locomotive 59201 "Vale of York"on a working into and out of the sidings at Milford. I hope the video takes you back to this period with fond memories. Feel free to comment, good or bad, all comments are read and greatly appreciated, but it is not always possible to answer each individually. Sit back and enjoy this latest production remembering all those now long gone Locomotive classes and other types of traction.
