The WTOL 11 Weather Team will go live at 7 p.m. Tuesday with the latest forecast as a Weather Impact Alert Day begins across northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. Storms moving into the region Tuesday evening could become strong to severe overnight and into Wednesday. The main threats include damaging wind gusts over 60 mph, large hail and the potential for isolated tornadoes. Multiple rounds of storms may also bring heavy rainfall, with 1–2 inches possible in a short period of time. Localized flooding could develop as storms move through the Toledo area and surrounding communities.
