A warm, comforting, and nutritious Mix Vegetable Soup perfect for winters. Easy to make, light to digest, and absolutely delicious! --- 🥦 Ingredients (اجزاء) Carrot (Gajar) – 1 cup (chopped) Cabbage (Band gobhi) – 1 cup (shredded) Capsicum (Shimla mirch) – ½ cup (chopped) Potatoes (Aloo) – 1 small (diced) Green peas (Matar) – ½ cup Sweet corn – ½ cup Garlic (Lehsan) – 1 tbsp (chopped) Onion (Pyaz) – 1 small (chopped) Salt – 1 tsp (or to taste) Black pepper – ½ tsp Soy sauce – 1 tbsp Chili sauce – 1 tsp (optional) Cornflour – 2 tbsp (mixed in ½ cup water) Water / Vegetable Stock – 5 cups Butter or Oil – 1 tbsp --- 👨🍳 Method (ترکیب / विधि) 1️⃣ In a pot, heat butter or oil and add chopped garlic & onion. Fry until light golden. 2️⃣ Add carrot, peas, potato, capsicum, cabbage, and corn. Stir fry for 2–3 minutes. 3️⃣ Pour water/vegetable stock and bring to boil. 4️⃣ Add salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Mix well. 5️⃣ Let the vegetables cook for 10–12 minutes on medium flame until soft. 6️⃣ Add cornflour mixture slowly and stir continuously to avoid lumps. 7️⃣ Cook for 2–3 minutes until soup thickens. 8️⃣ Turn off the flame and serve hot with bread or crackers.
