Light the black powder in the ship's hold. Air assassinate a Grenadier. Remain undetected while on ships. After the water checkpoint, IMMEDIATELY, start swimming fast to boat 2 as in the video to slip past the guard and light up ship without waiting, then immediately swim to boat 1 and assassinate the firs target. If you fail to be on time, you'll just have to wait for the soldiers to cycle to their routine again. QUICK LOOT TIP: If you're failing to have enough tools, you can always destroy boat 2 as shown in video and loot the dead enemies, then restart the checkpoint. Sometimes it keeps the loot like bow arrows. By boat 2, it's recommended to deal with all enemies. 2 of them can be knocked out of the boat, remaining the Grenadier and 3 soldiers. Poison should be enough and leave Grenadier for last. If you do not have poison, you can quick peak from the boat, distracting an enemy's cycle, separating it from its partner.
