Next, add in the egg, whole milk, and vanilla extract and mix until well combined. Then add the flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until just combined. Chill the dough for 1 hour before rolling out and baking at 350F for 8-12 minutes. They should stay pale in color. Cool completely before decorating or frosting. Spinach Artichoke Dip recipe: 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature ½ cup sour cream ¼ cup mayonnaise 2 cloves of garlic, minced 10-ounces of frozen leaf spinach, thawed, drained, squeezed dry, and coarsely chopped 14-ounce can of artichoke hearts, drained well (coarsely chopped) 1 cup shredded whole-milk mozzarella, reserve ⅓ cup for the top ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan, divided salt and pepper, to taste Brazi bites cheese bread, crackers, chips, or pita bread, for serving Dip Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 F.Grease a 8x8 baking dish with butter. To a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic in a large bowl. Mix until well combined. Then add the spinach, artichokes, ½ of the mozzarella, and ½ cup of the parmesan to the cream cheese mixture, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well again. Place the mixture into the greased baking dish and top it with the remaining ¼ cup parmesan and ½ cup of mozzarella. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip begins to bubble. If baking with Brazi Bites around the edges, bake for another 10-15 minutes more, covering with foil if necessary. Turn the oven to broil and continue to cook, keeping an eye on it so it doesn’t burn, until the top is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with Brazi Bites,crackers, chips, or pita bread.
