Ep01 - What is Brand Communication?

Guys, I have started this channel wanting to share what I have learned during my career in graphic design, branding and advertising; what I call Brand Communication. There is a lot already said about each of these discipline, and communication in general, but what I wanted to highlight here is how all parts of a business, whether small or huge are interconnected, EVERYTHING acts to paint a picture of your business, and ultimately paint a picture of yourself! Good or bad picture... People tend to educate themselves on Design, Marketing, Branding, advertising, etc as separate areas of expertise, but rarely it is explained how they all are intimately connected: all are tools to form the complete image of a business. Why is this important, I hear you ask? Well, I always say; communication is a conversation, and to be coherent and for you, or your business to be understood, and liked, you better speak the same language. Imagine if your advertising campaign is in English, your website in Chinese, and your staff speaks Italian... no one is going to understand what your business is all about!
