THE BUDDHA TRAIL -65K THE HELL RACE

On 08th Apr,2023,The Buddha Trail Run-65 KM The Hell #rimbik #darjeeling. I had participated in the 65K #ultramarathon which was reduced to 53km due to bad #weather. With the cutoff timing of 13 hour. The #race started at 4am and went through the #buddhist #monestry to Gurudham via Black forest of #singalila forest ranges. Beautiful flora and fauna and coniferous forests with great feel of natural water flows and birds chirping. Reached #gurudham at around 5:40 am (10K)and further went on to #sandakphu which was another 8KM. We had a cutoff time of 6hrs to reach and the elevation to Sandakphu from Rimbik was around 1750metres. I could reach the place in around 4hrs 45min within the cutoff time. Later reach Sabhagram on the Sandakphu Phalut route which was around 14KMs from Sandhakphu and we could gain a total elevation of 2250 feet from Rimbik. The route was a road full of stones and not easy to run. We reached the place around 12 Further from Sabhagram to Samadhan we had to go down hill for 9Kms and could reach the place by around 1Pm. By this time I had completed around 40KMs. Further we proceeded to Rambham where we gained another 700Mts of elevation and reached there around 2:pm.and further on the way to Shrikola bridge reached there at 4pm. 6Km was to cover within 50min but I was not sure about elevation gain so was scared was started running n reach the Finishing line at 4:45pm... in the Last 6 km of run i overtake 4 people n near finishing line overtake 2 people.
