I Didn’t Realize Deathwing Was THIS Strong

Deathwing just got buffed and I decided to try the Q build in one of my first real games on the hero. I honestly didn’t expect much. I figured I’d test it out and see how it felt. What I didn’t realize is how oppressive his ranged form actually is. In this game I stay in ranged almost the entire time and focus on using Q to create no-go zones around objectives and choke points. Instead of forcing melee fights, I control space and slowly chip the enemy team down before fights even start. The biggest thing I learned is that Deathwing doesn’t need to dive to win fights. If you’re patient and position correctly, the enemy team has to walk through your damage just to play the game. That pressure adds up fast. Ended up topping damage and controlling most of the fights just by shrinking the space the enemy team was allowed to stand in.
