Import & Export multiple projects simultaneously in Primavera P6

Primavera P6 is one of the best scheduling software for Project Management and it offers several options/commands which save time and efforts of the users. One of the command is that users have options to import and/or export several projects at a time. To export more than a single project, we need to open all the required projects and then select Import option, and follow the instructions to create a single XER format for all the projects. The same file can be share with others e.g. Client, Engineer/Consultant and inside the organization easily without the difficulty of dealing many files at a time which may create errors or missing any of the file.
