My Husky Had a GRACEFUL Fall on the Ice!

It is a snow day funday here for the dogs and the boys! We woke up to a beautiful winter wonderland, but oh my goodness, is it cold! The wind makes it feel like it is 5 degrees outside, but that didn't stop the girls from rushing out the door. Memphis, Kira, and Eleanor were absolutely ready to zoom 3-2-1 Snow style! While the girls played in the yard, Jamie headed out with Greg to work on the trails to see if we could get the sleds running, but the weather had other plans for our batteries and the snow conditions. We also have a little health update on Memphis. You might have noticed some redness around her eye in previous videos. It is looking a little better, but we are keeping a close watch on it to make sure she doesn't need another trip to the vet. Meanwhile, Kira gave us quite a scare with a slip on the hidden ice under the snow! Thankfully, she recovered with the grace of a true queen, even if it cost me a $20 bet on whether she would come back inside or stay out in the freezing wind. After freezing our fingers off trying to film the snow smooshes and zoomies, we retreated inside to warm up. I spent the afternoon working hard on Christmas cards for our amazing community while Jamie came home to thaw out after his trail adventure. We wrapped up the night getting ready to watch some hockey and just enjoying the cozy vibes with our three beautiful Siberian Huskies. Life is short, make memories with your dogs!
