I made this as my own little follow up to international women’s day, it was last week on the 8th of March for those who aren’t sure. I’m proud of how it came out but goodness did it take some work, more on that shortly. As for the video itself I hoped to show the scope of femininity in the Hellaverse. Characters included: Charlie, Vaggie, Niffty, Cherri, Velvetter, Rosie, Carmilla, Emily, Sera, Lute, Mimsy, Millie, Loona, Octavia, Verosika, Stella, Sallie Mae, Bee, Barbie Wire, Keenie, Agent 2, Glitz and Glam I almost used this song years ago, I think the most recent episode at the time was either Cherub or The Harvest Moon Festival, just to give you an idea. I think I stopped originally because there weren’t enough good clips combined with me losing steam on it and I think a new episode came out so I focused on that. I’m glad I did wait because at the time it was entirely focused on Helluva and used a lot of minor characters. As for the making of this one, I think I only left out some of the shorts and Oops (as no women are in that episode aside from a picture of Barbie and Tilla). So yeah Capcut was being more than a lil… difficult. I can’t entirely blame it, I was pushing what it could do with over 500 minutes of footage. Once I deleted what I didn’t need and got it back to just the song length it was fine again, but that didn’t stop me from fighting with it while it was lagging especially during the final bridge of the song.
