While the Scarlet Speedster's clothing has changed in almost every season of The Flash, the changes to the Arrowverse hero's attire for Season 8 had fans buzzing when it was revealed that Barry Allen will finally get his golden boots. While the boots were present in most comic book versions of the superhero, they were glaringly absent from the Arrowverse until Season 8 premiered with the crossover event Armageddon.
