Each capability has a computer friendly name like mod/forum:rate and a human-friendly name like "Rate posts." Permission Permissions are paired with each capability. There are four possible permission values: Allow, Prevent, Prohibit and Not set/Inherit. Context A functional area of Moodle. Contexts have a hierarchy.
