The 3, 6 and 9 represent the pathways that force / energy manifest through to form material. At Meditative Mind’s studios we have experimented a lot with these multiple frequencies which came from the combination of these 3 numbers . 369Hz, 396Hz, 639Hz, 693Hz 963Hz, 936Hz Three of the frequencies which we found effective are 363Hz, 369Hz and 396Hz. They resonate well with Root Chakra, and since every one is different, we have also noticed that a frequency which works for one person might not work for others. But a lower frequency generally works for root chakra, and helps to bring the focus to the root chakra centre, during meditation. As you practice and get more aware of your root chakra, when its active, and when its blocked, you will also notice, that the frequency at which root chakra resonates also differs at different times of the day. In the morning, a deeper, lower frequency will resonate more and in the evenings a little higher frequency will resonate more. We continue to experiment with different sounds, frequencies and scale and it will be our effort to bring you the music based on all of these frequencies. When this chakra is weak, blocked, the energy can not flow to higher chakras and we feel a lot of physical, emotional and mental symptoms. First and foremost, root chakra is balanced by physical activity, such as yoga and exercise. Then meditation and chanting is extremely helpful. Meditation along with music designed to tune and balance root chakra, helps to bring focus to this chakra. If you are new to chakra healing, music will help you become aware of this chakra.
