In today's video, I get to spend some time with my friend Chris from Lorentz Boards, checking out their brand new swappable battery short board, and the Major V3! The Lorentz Maverick is the latest addition to the Lorentz brand and offers a ton of premium features that push the boundaries of what a shortboard can be. Not only that, they also have a genius quick swap mechanism that has clearly been in development for a long time. Within 30 seconds you can pull out an old battery, and swap in a new one, and be back on the road. Super cool! It's also got gear drive options, headlights, RGB, and much more! The upgrades to the Major V3 are a little bit more incremental but still substantial, taking the battery up to a massive 16s8p, and changing out the ESC.
