It was inspired by a conversation I had with my daughter this last few days before the Christmas Holiday. This song is for family, friends and anyone who feels the song is speaking to them. It is my wish that as we go through this season and into the New Year that we continue to open our hearts to others who may need to be lifted up. “The world is a home with a thousand doors, and mine is open wide to yours” grew from the simple idea that everyone deserves a place to belong.
