It's very difficult not being a RAGE monster after serving in the U.S. military. I'm choosing to re-upload this video from 2018 before I was diagnosed with chronic post traumatic stress disorder. I've since had several mental health crisis before I got the help I needed. I spent time in jail and mental health hospitals while family and loved ones didn't know how to deal with me. It's been a difficult journey and one that I'm still on. Enjoy the video! I hope it opens up more discussions about the serious mental health crisis we have in our Nation and with Veterans.
