"What Are You Making This For? Where Is It Gonna End Up?"

Todays video brings me to the sidewalk just outside the 7th Day Adventist Church of Redondo Beach, where I tested my freedom to document in public. I had arrived about 30 minutes prior to bible study , which was approximately an hour & a half before the main worship got underway. After recording some of the vehicles as they entered the property, an individual emerged from the property& made his way over towards where I was standing. He introduced himself (John) as the pastor of the congregation. He was curious what I was recording and where the footage would end up. As I typically do early on into my recording , I refrain from giving details to not compromise the integrity of the exercise. He was polite in not pressing it further & actually caught me off guard when he invited me inside the building with my cameras on to see the projection screen & their production booth setup. As we went into the main sanctuary, John informed me that they would be having a Superbowl watch party on the big screen when the game is televised. We continued on into the banquet room where I was invited to stay for their potluck lunch that would be talking place a little later after worship. I did share in more detail with John & another woman that I was doing a first amendment audit as a test of rights, even sharing my channel with him incase he wanted to view the video after upload. It's indeed a rare occasion when I get invited into a church with my cameras , so I definitely give this church an A+ pass.
