How is your skateboarding cardio fitness? Here is a non stop uncut 15 plus minute run at my local skatepark. I went about 2.5 miles according to the app I used to track the distance. Weather is cooling off a bit so today ended up being a great day for a 15 minute nonstop skate jam at the Pahrump skate park and Southern Nevada on the outskirts of Death Valley inside the Mojave desert one hour west of Las Vegas Nevada.
