In this video we start off with a couple of questions. Then we move into taking about the goals of a good sample prep for a proteomics experiment. Whether it is cultured cells, tissue, or biological fluids there are always better ways to prep your samples! Minimizing in group variability, but also getting an accurate measure of that variability is key. Making sure that you send the correct amount of protein for analysis helps the process tremendously. In the end we find that communication is key! Making sure we get the information we need to perform the experiment that will garner the best results possible.
