How does it compare to previous drills under former administrations? 3) Doctor Bennett, the President here has also called for the strengthening of the three-axis system. Do you care to elaborate? 4) Professor Kim, there has been talk about North Korea planning to "modernize" its fleet of air force fighters with those from Russia.
